The fogging systems are usually built with pumping units that are designed to supply 5 to 400 nozzles. Larger areas usually require a multiple number of pumping units. The system starts with the right design and nozzle spacing – the number of misting nozzles dictates the size of the pumping unit required. The amount of cooling, level of humidity, or the degree of the dust problem will mandate the number and size of nozzles required to ensure your misting system is designed for maximum efficiency. MISTER™ Agri Cool for Dust and Odour Control in Agriculture Barns
The MISTER Agri Cool systems are designed to maintain ideal temperatures in closed or open housing allowing dairymen to maximize production regardless of high summer temperatures and eliminates the cost of ventilation equipment. The system can also decrease disease by the elimination of flies and pests and the concern of heat stress mortality.
Cattle ranchers can use the MISTER Agri Cool system to maximize productivity with increased weight gain when maintaining ideal temperature for maximum caloric intake.

HIGH PRESSURE IS THE BEST
We are a large biotechnology company with several Mister fog systems in use within the company. Our system over other humidification systems because there is no leaching of nutrients out of the plan, significantly lower mortality, and no over-wet conditions. Three of our systems are 1000 psi and one is 500 psi. We prefer 1000 psi because the fog stays suspended a lot better. We especially like the overall evenness and consistency of the system, achieving excellent results with most species yielding 99 to 100 per cent.
